  I normally don't visit starbucks but I had 30 minutes before I had to be at work in wakefield so I decided to get one of the new cold brew drinks they have. I waited 23 minutes and still didn't receive my drink!!! So I left with out it! They were short staff during the rush hour 8 to 9 am bad experience for sure. Too bad I can't leave a 0 starts review.

  It's not the best experience. When I do go in there it takes me 20 minutes to get a "Grande Latte Mocha Frappuccino Chino." The staff is snotty, a nose in the air type of crowd. Seriously, I don't need a 19 year old "Baurista" correcting me when I say Large, and not Grande. I'm all for "When in rome" approach to life, but HELLO!! We're not in Rome, or Italy. If I want a Large, give me a large. Don't correct me, with an attitude, then flick you hair back as if your Kelly Kapowski...you're working at Starbucks. I respect you, and treat you like a human being. Treat me the same way, these people don't subscribe to "The Customer Is Always Right." In fact they seem to abide by the "I'm always right, you're stupid" approach to customer service. On top of that, there's not enough seating, it's always cold in their. It could be the middle of August, or the middle of February and I swear they have A/C on. Bottom line if you want Starbucks Coffee, theres othere locations, if you can live w/out it. I suggest you try another place, b/c this isnt the morning pick me up anyone should be/would be looking for.

  Mobile order is a very long wait. Orders are not available without staff but employees are busy. Main St. Starbucks location is preferable.
