- 2 / 5By Anita PetrocelliLittle disappointed I must admit. An older woman popped her head in the door with a small leashed dog on a very cold day. Stated she understood that she could not be in the store with a dog. There were no other patrons present at the time other than myself. Then asked if she could stand in the doorway to get a coffee. Flat out refused! No offer to let her order and then bring coffee outside to her. Swiss Baker has consistently offered great pastries , sandwiches and coffee at an excellent location in Reading MA. Today they totally missed the opportunity to be a good neighbor. PS I got her coffee.May 04, 2017
